SUMMARY:Annual Meeting - Pizza Man\, Eagle River
DESCRIPTION:The Pizza will be brought out at 6 pm.  The club will pay for pizza\, and non-alcoholic drinks. You may purchase alcoholic drinks if you like. The Annual Meeting will be called to order at 6:30pm. There will be random door prize drawings. If possible please RSVP using the form below so we get an idea how much pizza to order.  Directions to Pizza Man – Traveling North on Glenn Hwy\, get off at Eagle River Exit\, when the offramp curves to the right – go straight onto Cross Dr.  Turn immediately Left onto Brook Loop.  Pizza Man is in the strip mall (on the right) at the end of Brook Loop.  Traveling South on Glenn Hwy\, get off at Eagle River Exit\, turn left.  Cross Dr is the first left past the overpass (before the Stop Light).  Turn immediately Left onto Brook Loop.   This is the annual business meeting and election of officers so your participation is much appreciated. You may designate another member to vote as your proxy if you are unable to attend. You will be electing 6 positions: President\, Vice President\, Treasurer\, Secretary and two Directors.  Please bring a list of candidates to nominate. Campaigning ahead of time is OK. We may also vote on new business and proposals. Current Officers:         President – Tim Silvers \,  Vice President – Don Wagar \,  Treasurer – Wayne Rust\,  Secretary – Chris Tobias \,  Directors – John Winsor\, Darrin Hansen  The Alaska Rifle Club is a volunteer Organization. We need more volunteers to help make things run smoothly and avoid burning out a few people. Please talk to me if you can help with:  \n\nRunning matches and help with sign in\, setup and teardown of targets \nPosting video and photos to the club Instagram and Facebook accounts\n\nMembers during the past 2 years were emailed a renewal notice. Others can renew your membership at the annual meeting or print this Application PDF  and mail in your renewal. If you were an active adult member last year (and your contact info has not changed)\, you can simply send a check for $30 (minus any award points earned last year) for your membership renewal to: Alaska Rifle Club\, PO Box 672197\, Chugiak\, AK 99567-2197 To minimize volunteer effort ARC Treasurer will no longer send out membership cards automatically and will email the cards if possible.
