SUMMARY:Long Range Benchrest 22LR Silhouette Noon
DESCRIPTION:Long Range Small Bore Silhouette 22LR Benchrest. Bring out your 10/22\, Marlins\, Lever guns\, any 22LR! Iron sights or Scopes. Please signup by the Friday before using links below. Same day registration allowed space permitting. After checking at clubhouse\, arrive by 12:00 to help with setup or 12:45 latest for mandatory safety meeting. Shooting starts directly afterwards. Fired sitting from the bench. Elbows\, bench bags\, bipod allowed. No lead sled\, no one piece rests. Typical target array is 10 chickens at 50 meters 10 pigs at 100 meters 10 geese at 150 meters 10 rams at 200 meters but match director changes it up to keep things interesting. Time slot is limited to 8 competitors.  Competitors will use one rifle to complete the match. All BRSP and NRA Range Safety Rules remain in effect. Eye and ear protection will be worn when entering B-Range\, Safety flags will be used. Safety remains paramount! Gear: No shooting coats\, gloves\, pants\, rifle stands\, etc. Bring a Pencil/Pen\, Ear and Eye Pro. Spotting Scope or Binoculars are helpful. Ammunition: Limited to 22 LR only. No hyper velocity\, Stingers\, 17\, 22 WMR etc please. Bring plenty of ammunition. Competitors are required to set targets and score. Coaching is allowed. Open to the public! No NRA or CMP membership is required. Match preparation: Ideally know your elevation adjustments needed for 50\,100\,150 and 200 meters for your rifle prior to arrival. Adaptive Shooting: Inform the Match Director of your needs. We wish to encourage everyone to participate. SUMMARY:CMP EIC Match  (2/3/600yd)
DESCRIPTION:If you do not have a DoD ID or not on the list of individuals approved at the beginning of the season\, you must contact the match director at least 2 weeks before the match to be approved to participate. \nOnline registration closes at 8am day of match.  \nSign in from 16:45-18:00 with safety brief and shooting to commence directly after. Late entries may be accommodated with prior coordination with the match director. This is a CMP Sanctioned 50 round Highpower rifle Excellence in Competition (EIC) full distance match at the JBER Pedneau Range. Note there are no sighting shots allowed so you need to arrive to the match with good sight settings for 200\, 300\, and 600 yards for the ammo you are using. You can request to borrow a match grade AR-15 so don’t let lack of equipment prevent you from trying out this fun and challenging event.   \nYou must have on file with our club or CMP a signed Affidavit to participate. Contact the match director (email or phone in match program) if you are not sure if we have an Affidavit on file for you.   \nWe’ll be using the Shotmarker electronic target scoring systems as part of this match. Please bring your own WiFi capable tablet or smartphone. Club has some extras if you don’t have your own. \nThe match fee $20 for this match\, which includes fee $15/shooter that club pays to CMP. SUMMARY:Long Range Prone / F Class State Championship (1000yd)
DESCRIPTION:Online registration closes at 9pm evening before the match. Sign in time 9:00-9:30am at 1000yd range\, safety brief starts at 09:45. Gates will be open by 8:30am for early arrivals!!! \nThis is a CMP sanctioned Long-Range F-Class and Prone State Championship held at the Upper Susitna Shooters Range; mile 94.5 Parks Hwy. We’ll be shooting 2 strings of 20 rounds plus unlimited sighting shots slow fire followed by 3 strings of 15 rounds with 2 convertible sighters pair firing alternating shots on each firing point at 1000 yards. Min suggested round count = 100. You may choose to shoot fewer shots or use a rifle with muzzle brake or suppressor if you don’t care about score reporting. $40 for Annual ARC members\, $45 for one-day members. Junior shooters are free\, but must be ARC members or pay the $5 one-day membership fee. We’ll be using the Shotmarker electronic target scoring systems. Club provides electronic tablets for shooters and scorers but you are encouraged to bring your own. Your ammunition must be supersonic (1200fps or more) at 1000 yards in order for the system to register your shot!!!  \nYou MUST register and pay online using one of the ticket purchase options below.
