DESCRIPTION:Please come at 5pm if you can to help with setup! \nThis is a fun and welcoming to new shooters 30-round plus 5 sighters rifle match on a 100-yard range using SR-1 paper targets. CMP Achievement pins will be awarded for qualifying rifles that shoot cut scores. Will follow the CMP As-Issued Military Rifle course of fire: 5 sighting shots\, 10 prone slow fire shots\, 10 prone rapid-fire shots\, 10 standing slow fire shots. Sporting/hunting rifles will shoot 8 round strings or fewer rounds if you like. \nYou can also shoot the same course of fire using alternate positions like prone with bipod and rear bag\, sitting\, or kneeling. If you don’t want to use a sling you can use a bipod\, tripod\, bags or any other safe front and back rifle support. Alternate or supported positions just shoot for fun\, not CMP pins or other award recognition. Pretty much any centerfire or rimfire rifle is fine to bring. \nNon BRSP Members welcome. You may choose to shoot fewer shots or use a rifle with muzzle brake or suppressor if you don’t care about NRA score reporting. $20 for Annual ARC members\, $25 for one-day members. Shooting starts directly afterwards. Shoot from the bench to 200 meters Fired sitting from the bench. Elbows\, bench bags\, bipod allowed. No lead sled\, no one piece rests 10 chickens at 50 meters 10 pigs at 100 meters 10 geese at 150 meters 10 rams at 200 meters Relay 1 and 2 is limited to 16 competitors total\, 8 per relay. Reentries are not allowed\, competitions will use on rifle to complete the match. All BRSP and NRA Range Safety Rules remain in effect. Eye and ear protection will be worn when entering B-Range\, Safety flags will be used. Safety remains paramount! Gear: No shooting coats\, gloves\, pants\, rifle stands etc please. The first string of fire will have 5 sighting shots and strings 2 and 3 will each have 2 convertible sighting shots. We will be pair firing at least the first relay using new shotmarker software. That’s where Left and Right shooters alternate shots and you have 45 seconds to get your shot off. No “waiting for your favorite wind condition”. You have to read the wind\, make a call and send it! \nRecommend to bring 70 rounds of ammunition at a minimum. You may choose to shoot fewer shots or use a rifle with muzzle brake or suppressor if you don’t care about NRA score reporting. $20 for Annual ARC members\, $25 for one-day members. Junior shooters are free\, but must be ARC members or pay the $5 one-day membership fee.   \nWe’ll be using the Shotmarker electronic target scoring systems as part of this match. No pit duty! DESCRIPTION:If you do not have a DoD ID or not on the list of individuals approved at the beginning of the season\, you must contact the match director at least one week before the match to be approved to participate. \nOnline signup closes 8am day of match. \nThis will be a FUN / NRA (no cash awards but option to submit scores for NRA classifications) Mid Range Prone and F-Class competition at the JBER Pedneau Range\, shooting 1 string of 20 rounds plus unlimited sighting shots in 22 minutes at 600 yards. You may choose to shoot fewer shots or use a rifle with muzzle brake or suppressor if you don’t care about NRA score reporting. Time permitting and depending on number of shooters\, you may be able to fire a second string. $15 for Annual ARC members\, $20 for one-day members. Junior shooters are free\, but must be ARC members or pay the $5 one-day membership fee. We’ll be using the Shotmarker electronic target scoring systems as part of this match. No pit duty! You may choose to shoot fewer shots or use a rifle with muzzle brake or suppressor if you don’t care about NRA score reporting. $30 for Annual ARC members\, $35 for one-day members. No lead sled\, no one piece rests 10 chickens at 50 meters 10 pigs at 100 meters 10 geese at 150 meters 10 rams at 200 meters Relay 1 and 2 is limited to 16 competitors total\, 8 per relay. Reentries are not allowed\, competitions will use on rifle to complete the match. All BRSP and NRA Range Safety Rules remain in effect. Eye and ear protection will be worn when entering B-Range\, Safety flags will be used. Safety remains paramount! Gear: No shooting coats\, gloves\, pants\, rifle stands etc please.
