SUMMARY:CANCELLED - 22LR Long Gong 300yd Challenge
DESCRIPTION:CANCELLED DUE TO BAD RANGE CONDITIONS Long Gong is a 22LR rifle event shot 300 yards at a set of three gongs. Setup at 12pm match start 13:00. Gong sizes are 8″\, 6″\, and 4″. Each size gong has a different point value\, 1-3. Zero points for each miss. All shooting is done from a bench using bi-pods and/or bags for support. No one-piece rests will be allowed. Each round the shooter has 3 minutes to shoot 10 rounds starting on the 8″ gong. This time limit starts at the first shot. The only way to move to the 6″ is to achieve a hit on the 8″. Once the 8″ is hit\, the shooter earns one point and may remain on the 8″ or attempt the 6″. If the shooter decides to attempt to shoot at the 6″ and hits\, the shooter earns two points and may move to the 4″. If the shot is a miss\, a zero for that shot is recorded on the scorecard and the shooter must move back to the 8″. Long Gong is not an NRA or CMP event and is shot only for bragging rights. SUMMARY:CMP Rimfire Sporter 25/50yd
DESCRIPTION:Please come at 5pm if you can to help with setup! \nThis is match is a fun format great for youth and adults.  60-rounds plus sighters 22 LR Rifle match with course of fire involving prone\, sitting or kneeling at 50 yards and standing at 25 yards on CMP Rimfire Sporter targets. The idea is to use a basic off the shelf 22LR plinking\, rabbit\, squirrel type rifle with open sights or scope up to 6x with a trigger at least 3 pounds of pull weight. A sling of some kind is very helpful for prone and sitting to steady the rifle and score higher. If your rifle isn’t compliant with the rules\, come anyway and you can shoot in an Unlimited Out of Competition category and scores won’t be submitted to CMP. CMP Achievement pins will be awarded for qualifying rifles that shoot cut scores.  \nFor more information review the : CMP Guide to Rimfire Sporter Shooting. \nNon BRSP Members welcome. DESCRIPTION:This is an NRA Sanctioned (scores submitted for classification) highpower rifle match. Course of fire is 50 rounds plus 2 sighting shots for each of 4 stages: Standing slow fire 10 rounds in 10 minutes\, Sitting rapid fire 10 rounds in 60 seconds\, Prone rapid fire 10 rounds in 70 seconds\, and Prone slow fire 20 rounds in 20 minutes. All fired at 100yards using paper targets for scoring. Modern semi auto rifles\, service rifles\, vintage rifles\, 22LR\, hunting or any other safe rifles welcome. SUMMARY:Mid Range Prone / F Class 20rds (600yd)
DESCRIPTION:If you do not have a DoD ID or not on the list of individuals approved at the beginning of the season\, you must contact the match director at least 2 weeks before the match at to be approved to participate. \nOnline signup closes 8am day of match. \nThis will be a FUN / NRA (no cash awards but option to submit scores for NRA classifications) Mid Range Prone and F-Class competition at the JBER Pedneau Range\, shooting 1 string of 20 rounds plus unlimited sighting shots in 22 minutes at 600 yards. You may choose to shoot fewer shots or use a rifle with muzzle brake or suppressor if you don’t care about NRA score reporting. Time permitting and depending on number of shooters\, you may be able to fire a second string. $15 for Annual ARC members\, $20 for one-day members. Junior shooters are free\, but must be ARC members or pay the $5 one-day membership fee. We’ll be using the Shotmarker electronic target scoring systems as part of this match. No pit duty! Club provides electronic tablets for shooters and scorers. \nYou MUST register and pay online using one of the ticket purchase options below. Alternatively you can use the RSVP link to pay fees at match sign in. You don’t need a PayPal account to use PayPal checkout. This will speed up match registration. DESCRIPTION:BRSP and ARC are pleased to announce a new handgun match coming to Birchwood. Handgun Long Gong is a 22LR handgun event shot 50 yards at a set of three gongs. 22LR handgun only\, revolver or semi-auto\, any sight without magnification. 50 rounds per match for score.
