We don’t have “Black Powder Only” matches, but Black Powder Target Rifles compete in Silhouette and some of the Saturday Mid Range Prone and F-Class matches.
The ARC does not run any smallbore matches, however some members participate in the Dacotah Rifle League. Shooting is done at the Matanuska Valley Sportsman’s range in Palmer and membership at MVS is required. During the winter they shoot positions indoors at 50 ft. In the summer they shoot prone outdoors at 50 and 100 yd. More information is available here: Dacotah Rifle League
