Matches on military ranges (JBER) are not 100% confirmed until events are created on this page, even then they can be rescheduled or cancelled on short notice if military units need the range. BRSP Match signup is done through their club automation system. Signup for most other events is done through PayPal tickets or RSVP in event details on this page, usually active at least 2 weeks before match start and closes the day before match. Annual Meeting – NEW Venue Birchwood Clubhouse
February 7 @ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm AKST
NEW VENUE – BIRCHWOOD CLUBHOUSE! The Pizza will arrive by 6 pm. The club will provide pizza and non-alcoholic drinks. You may BYOB alcoholic drinks if you like. The Annual Meeting will be called to order at 6:30pm. There will be random door prize drawings. If possible please RSVP using the form below so we get an idea how much pizza to order.
Birchwood Recreation and Shooting Park is located on Birchwood Spur Rd, 2.5 miles from the Glenn Highway off the North Birchwood exit, and adjacent to the Birchwood Airport. We’ll meet at the tables in the main room of the clubhouse.
This is the annual business meeting and election of officers so your participation is much appreciated. You may designate another member to vote as your proxy if you are unable to attend. You will be electing 6 positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and two Directors. Please bring a list of candidates to nominate. Campaigning ahead of time is OK. We may also vote on new business and proposals.

The Alaska Rifle Club is a volunteer Organization. We need more volunteers to help make things run smoothly and avoid burning out a few people. Please talk to me if you can help with:
- Running matches and help with sign in, setup and teardown of targets
- Posting video and photos to the club Instagram and Facebook accounts
Members during the past 2 years were emailed a renewal notice. Others can renew your membership at the annual meeting or print this Application PDF and mail in your renewal. If you were an active adult member last year (and your contact info has not changed), you can simply send a check for $30 (minus any award points earned last year) for your membership renewal to:

To minimize volunteer effort ARC Treasurer will no longer send out membership cards automatically and will email the cards if requested. You need to indicate on your application or include a note asking for a photo of your membership card to be e-mailed to you.
